Our support team works out of our Edison, NJ warehouse — the same building your order ships from — so they can actually walk over and look at your order if something goes sideways.

Quick answers

• When will my order ship? In-stock items ordered before 3pm ET usually leave the dock the same business day.
• Do you ship to PO boxes / APO-FPO? USPS-eligible items only; oversize items (TVs 32" and up) require a street address.
• Is "Refurbished" safe to buy? Every refurb is bench-tested here before shipping and carries at least a 90-day warranty. Read the condition notes on each product page.
• My item arrived damaged. Call us within 48 hours and keep all packaging — we'll file the carrier claim and ship a replacement.
