Not thrilled? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. No restocking fee on most items.

How to start a return

1. Grab your order number and go to Order Status, or call 1-888-627-4246.
2. We email you a prepaid RMA label (return shipping is free if the item is defective or we made a mistake; otherwise $6.99 is deducted from the refund).
3. Refunds post to the original payment method within 5 business days of the item arriving back at our dock.

Exceptions (the fine print, in normal-size print)

• Opened software, printer ink and downloadable licenses: exchange for the same item only.
• CPUs and memory with bent pins or physical damage cannot be returned.
• Items marked CLEARANCE — FINAL SALE on the product page are not returnable.
• Missing accessories or heavy cosmetic wear may incur up to a 15% deduction.
